The vacuum cooking technique produces "al dente" steamed chicory that is 100% natural without any additives and retains all organoleptic properties. Thanks to pasteurization, we remain in the domain of fresh products with a shelf life of 35 days upon delivery. There are 5 different sizes and there is also a “cut” version. VERSALOF offers 3 types of packaging, depending on the sector: for industry bags of 5 kg gross, for wholesale bags of 1.5 kg gross - for retail bags of 400 g gross under the Tastoe brand.
