VERSALOF offers a complete range of vacuum-cooked vegetables (see product catalogue). This range consists of FRESH or DRIED vegetables. These always concern pasteurized “CLEAN LABEL” products with a shelf life of 35 days upon delivery. It is mainly the consitency of the quality of cooking that determines the great success of VERSALOF. Our main customers are the meal industry, wholesalers, but also hospitals. VERSALOF can also work “to order”. VERSALOF is in permanent contact with the various R&D departments of its customers and is committed to thinking along with them on all specific requests to create a “partnership” with each of them.
